Outreach Center - National Diversity Alliance

At Young and Kahn, we believe that viable corporations must have a social conscience. Our organization is no exception. The National Diversity Alliance has been created to meet the needs of underserved communities.  Our Guiding Principles include building legacy, creating partnerships, community outreach, forming a digital PROvide™, and commitment to excellence, ethics, mutual respect and inclusiveness in our businesses and our communities.

Creating partnerships in our communities.

Community partnerships are paramount for the effectiveness of any diversity campaign or strategy. Corporations with a keen sense of corporate and shareholder responsibility to the community are seeking ways to include an outreach component as part of an overall comprehensive diversity strategy. These corporations like Young and Kahn recognize that from investments in the communities where we live and work will come future customers, employees and future profitability. Young and Kahn will maintain the ability to help corporations and organizations structure their outreach component.

Digital PROvide™ at the Speed of Technology.

Since the Internet is essential to the viability of our business, Young and Kahn will focus our company's preliminary outreach effort to dismantling the Digital Divide by instituting a Digital Provide. We are seeking to form an exclusive partnership alliance with a computer manufacturer to provide affordable computer equipment and peripherals to enhance computer literacy within the communities and other community based organizations committed to enhancing computer literacy. As part of this partnership alliance, Young and Kahn will manage the Technology Outreach Program for our exclusive equipment Sponsor. In this way we link Computer Literacy with Diversity Literacy.
